Deep inside a secure facility is a dossier detailing corruption at the highest levels of our government. Maxwell Henderson, a CIA agent-turned-whistleblower, has stolen that dossier. Now he must race against the clock to find a journalist willing to publish the classified documents before government assassins can bury that information–and him along with it.
*Rank & File, though filmed after the premiere of Operation Strikesite, is chronologically set before the events of Strikesite. In addition, assume all actors are portraying different characters than from Strikesite unless explicitly stated otherwise in the film.
